A circular route taking in Nash Point Lighthouse and then up over the Monknash cliffs and back through the nature reserve.  Lunch at the Horseshoe Inn if interested.  May have to pay at the carpark. Some stiles and climbs, some sections on quiet roads.

A stunning waterfall walk above the Rhondda Fawr valley. There are steep climbs and gravel tracks. Some muddy ground and narrow paths but no stiles.

Blackwood, Rock and Argoed
The walk is mainly on good paths but with some rough tracks and a few short steep descents and climbs. It traverses the Sirhowy River from Blackwood via Rock and Cwm-Corrwg to Argoed returning to the car park.

The parking for Tuesday's walk is in Cliff Road Pay and Display Car Park, Blackwood, which is situated next to the B&M store.

The ticket machine accepts cards and cash.

The walk should take about 3 hours.
